What question can you never answer yes to?

There is a hypothetical state between the USA and Mexico border 'Tango'.
Here 70 percent of the population have defective eyesight, 75 percent are hard of hearing, 80 percent have Nose trouble and 85 percent suffer from allergies, what percentage (at a minimum) suffer from all four ailments?

Many have heard it, but nobody has ever seen it, and it will not speak back until spoken to. What is it?

He does not have any heart but still, He manages to live.

The host of a game show, offers the guest a choice of three doors. Behind one is a expensive car, but behind the other two are goats.
