You were playing ping pong with your friend. Suddenly the ball fell into a narrow metal pipe that was imbedded in the concrete surface of the floor one foot deep. The fourth house is 40 meters apart from the second house.
The third house is 10 meters nearer to the fourth house than it is to the second house.
