There are no windows and only one door to the room. The door is bolted shut from the inside, and a puddle of water is under the man. How did he kill himself?

Peter was in the bathroom with Christopher.
And Mandy was in the kitchen.

Christopher:
David was in the kitchen.
And I was in the 2nd bedroom with Peter.
